Burns’ Nicht

A Burns supper is a celebration of the life and poetry of the poet Robert Burns, the author of many Scots poems. The suppers are normally held on or near the poet’s birthday, 25 January, occasionally known as Robert Burns Day but more commonly known as Burns Night.

Since we cannot gather together this year we invite all to join us in a virtual event.  Create your own delicious meals and join us live to chat about and celebrate the life and poetry of Rabbie Burns.

We will be presenting recordings of all the main events of the evening – There will be bag pipe music, traditional Scottish dancing, poetry, and toasts.

Please consider making a monetary donation to the Scottish Society of San Antonio to support this and other events!
